Support Offerings
Full Pregnancy & Birth Accompaniment Package:
Sliding scale $1200-$1800*
*It is important to me that birth accompaniment is accessible to everyone. I will provide a tool to help you determine which rate is best for you.
Nonjudgemental, evidence-based, and individualized information to support you and your decision-making
Text and phone call support
Up to four in-person or virtual prenatal visits
On-call labor & birth support starting from 37 weeks
TENS unit to borrow for labor
One in-person or virtual postpartum visit, including a nourishing meal
Referrals for additional support services
Accompaniment to doctor/midwife appointments if desired
Community Fund:
To be able to support those who can’t afford my fees, I have established a Community Fund. If you feel that you are able to contribute more than the standard fee, please consider making a donation to this fund! This helps me provide for people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to have doula support and keep my work sustainable at the same time.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this fund, please reach out and I will let you know if I have the funds to offer support at that time.
Postpartum
Accompaniment:
Sliding scale $30-$45/hr

Right now, I do not offer overnight support. I can provide referrals for others who do!
Non-judgemental, evidence-based, and individualized information to support you and your decision-making
In-home or virtual visits in addition to the one included in the Full Accompaniment package
My time in your home may include:
Light cleaning or laundry
Care for your baby while you rest
Support for you and your birth team as you process your birth experience
Meal prep for you and your family so you can focus on caring for your baby
Referrals for additional support services
Birth preparation sessions:
Sliding scale $50-100/hr (We can discuss how long it will take to cover your preferred topics)

Birth preparation may include:
Support in preparation of a birth guide
Childbirth education topics
Practicing positions, comfort measures, and what to expect in your birth location so you and your support team feel more confident
Abortion doula support:
